We reserve the right to extend the processing delay of an order in the event of external factors beyond our control (e.g. crashes/breakdowns relating to the server, Internet, electricity supply, supplier service, agent handling payment, banks etc.).
Its the customers responsibility to provide a valid and correct email ID & phone number as the product will be delivered to it. The customer needs to confirm that our emails do not end up in JUNK folder of your email.
In the event of incomplete payment, we shall process the order only after the balance amount is received.
All payments are one time only. We have no recurring payments in all kind of payment methods.
I. Policy concerning the refund
We offer 100% guarantee. However, our products are subject to Terms and Conditions and we will offer a refund only if the service did not work.

A. Cases at which return is possible:

- We can not offer a refund if after the purchase, the user feels that the download is slow, the link is dead, or do not get the desired files to download...
- We do not take responsibility and no warranty if your account is banned, blocked because of broken the rules of File-hosting company.
- A refund will not be accepted if the company File-hosting is no longer active due to some technical issues, or closed according to law or other issues, or you cannot access the website.
II. Rules of return of means:
To receive return you should give us your operating e-mail address and the data on which the order has been carried out. ShopKey do not bear responsibility for non receipt of a key as a result of the void e-mail address, given by you. The client is completely responsible for granting of a void e-mail address.
Roguish payments by means of credit cards. All inquiries concerning payment cancellation are considered our technical and legal by departments. If you make the roguish statement that your credit card has been illegally used (you it earlier have lost or it has been stolen, etc.), we will request the given information in your bank. ShopKey.net is not a warrantor, insurer, or guarantor of the services to be provided by the File-hosting carriers or the providers of such Credits (the “Carrier”). Credits are transferred without recourse against us for any breach of contract by the Carrier. Any disputes regarding the quality, minutes provided, cost, expiration, or other terms of the Credits purchased must be handled directly between You (or the recipient of the Credits) and the Carrier.
The Services may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by ShopKey.net ("Third Party Sites"), as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, sound, video, information, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third Party Content"). We are not responsible for any Third Party Sites or Third Party Content accessed through the Services. c. Upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
d. Download any illegal or unlawful content.
You agree not to post, upload to, download, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish through the premium accouct any of the following:
- The data that is libelous, defamatory, profane, obscene, pornographic, child pornography, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, violent, harassing, hateful, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, bigoted, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise objectionable.

You agree to indemnify and guarantee ShopKey against any claim or action, losses, and expenses (including court fees) resulting from the violation of the Terms of Service, copyright infraction, or public order troubling.

We are reseller of premium user accounts, which enable high-speed access to file-sharing services. WE DO NOT SELL CONTENT (files), but only services - premium user accounts for high speed access, which are just a short sequence of letters and numbers and acts as an access code and is not a multimedia, text, executable, graphical or any kind of any other file and can not be treated as content.
